Lashari urges officers to set goals to achieve targets

ISLAMABAD—Chairman CDA Kamran Lashari has advised the CDA officers to set goal and then they should review and analyse the given targets and its way of achievements short coming/merits and de-merits of the methodology, while analysing the issues and interest and welfare of the public should be kept in mind.
While addressing to senior officers of CDA on Friday, he said that attitude of the officer towards public and organizational matters, the officers should be more energetic, decent, efficient, result oriented with positive thinking and advised that officers of all cadres should come up with innovative ideas.
He appreciated the officers and said that it is result of hard work of CDA employees that the face of CDA has changed but there is always room for improvement adding that while doing big jobs and mega projects, small/little things should be given proper attention. He emphasized for need and importance of day-to-day training of CDA staff to meet the challenges compatible with the new heights of the development of the global village.
The Chairman CDA announced to constitute a committee comprising Rawal Khan Maitla, Senior Director (Public Relations), Momin Agha DMA, Malik Abid Director Parks, while Abdul Sammad Khan will be the head of committee and Rawal Khan Maitla will also act as secretary of the committee.
He said that aforementioned committee would submit its report within 15 days that how the training institute for CDA employees may be established and how the present infrastructure of the training section may be improved.
He said that to cope with housing need of CDA employees, CDA will construct 7000 flats and directed all the concerned formations to do their best, so that the project is completed within 2 and half years.
