ECP working to ensure free,fair elections: Dilshad

ISLAMABAD—Secretary Election Commission Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad said Thursday that the commission would perform its duties to ensure free,fair and transparent elections in the country on February 18. This he said while talking to a delegation of international election observers which called on him at his office. He said that Election Commission has taken several steps to ensure transparency of the whole election process. He the ECP has displayed all relevant information on its website which would not only benefit the candidates but the common voters as well. He said that the Election Commission was issuing accreditation cards to international election observers so that they can monitor the election process in all parts of the country without any hindrance.—Online
