Workshop on international migration on today

ISLAMABAD—Ministry of Interior is holding a one-day consultation workshop on international migration and a search for durable solution on Wednesday at CDA convention centre.
The workshop is being organized by Migration Management Cell of theMinistry in collaboration with the Migration Research Centre. The key stakeholders will present their research papers and view on problems of illegal migration, human trafficking, labour exploitation and their outputs to address the migration related issues in Pakistan.
Besides the other participation, senior officers and experts from Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Labour and Manpower, Women Development,Information, Health, Tourism, Social Welfare, Education and Law will participate in the workshop.
The FIA, Immigration and Passport, NADRA and Bureau of Immigration will also attend the workshop. Senior diplomates belong to Embassy of France, Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Greece, Turkey and Saudi Arabia will also attend the workshop.
The additional Secretary Interior Imtiaz Kazi will inaugurate the technical workshop while Dy. Secretary Interior Amna Imran will present address of welcome and read her research paper on Integrated Border Management System and Draft Migration Management Policy
