PTCL sends monthly bills through postal services

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Business North Zone Monday said that the telephone bills for the billing month of January 2008 in the Islamabad Telecom Region had been sent to the addresses given by customers through the postal services.
The press release also stated that the last date for they payment of their phone bills for Islamabad Telecom Region is February 26. The release urged the valued customers of PTCL to pay their phone bills by the last date applicable in order to avoid disconnection of their phone service and payment of the surcharge after the due date.
PTCL will also facilitate the customers who have not received their bills as yet it or do not receive them within the next few days by providing duplicates copies from the nearest PTCL Customer Services Centers located in their concerned Telephone Exchange areas. For further information and assistance in this regard, customer can contact PTCL at any of the phone numbers given at the back of each phone bill.
