No decision yet on premiership: PPP

ISLAMABAD—Spokesman of PPP Farhatullah Babar on Wednesday underlined that formal decision regarding Prime Ministership if PPP is voted to power will be taken after the February 18 polls.
It is well before time to take such a massive decision on Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari as Prime Minister if PPP is voted to power, Spokesman of PPP Farhatullah Babar expressed these views while talking to a private TV on Wednesday. He further added that party would take unanimous decision after February 18 polls regarding candidate for PPP for Prime Ministership. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Thursday clarified that no decision had yet been taken on the party’s candidate for the office of the Prime Minister and that a US based weekly, has incorrectly inferred that Asif Ali Zardari has staked claims for the office of the Prime Minister.
Spokesperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and former Senator Farhatullah Babar said that no decision had yet been taken on the party’s candidate for the office of the Prime Minister. A section of the press Wednesday, quoting PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s interview to a US based weekly, has incorrectly inferred.
