Hearing of Daniel Pearl murder case adjourned

KARACHI—The hearing of three appeals, one each filed by convicts and another by State in Daniel Pearl kidnapping and murder case were put off indefinitely as board was discharge by an appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) for Anti Terrorism Courts comprising Justice Syed Mehmood Alam Rizvi and Justice Farrukh Zia.G Shaikh here on Monday. Ahmed Omar Shaikh main accused in the case assailed death sentence awarded to him by an ATC Karachi while co-accused Fahad Nasim, Adil Shaikh and Salman Saquib challenged sentences of Imprisonment for Life awarded to them.—Agencies
