Tariq Banday passes away

RLAHORE—Former MNA Tariq Badar ud Din Banday, who died due to cardiac arrest at Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) here Tuesday morning, was laid to rest in local graveyard in this evening. A large number of people belonging to different walks of life including politicians - former Punjab Chief Minister Ch Pervaiz Elahi, District Nazim Mian Amir Mahmood, Monis Elahi, Haji Hanif and journalists attended the funeral prayer. The Qul will be held on February 7 (Thursday) at his residence 13 D-1, Gulberg at 2.00 pm.—Online
