news report appearing in a section of the press as saying that the
Federal Government Housing Employees Foundation (FGEHF) has increased
33% rates of the plots in Phase IV of the Housing Scheme in Sector

early 2004 to provide developed plots to the Federal Government
employees.
The spokesman has clarified that the cost of the land, as reported by
some newspapers, has not been increased by the Housing Foundation. The
spokesman made it clear that in fact the cost of the built-up structure

built-up property will be paid cost of the property before taking
possession of the land.
The spokesman said that the Housing Foundation has decided to allocate
plot numbers to the successful applicants of the scheme on the basis of
the criteria given in the brochure and then intimate the tentative cost
payable on account of built up structure in the area to be deposited
with the Land Acquisition Collector, Islamabad. |
