ZTBL launches safe deposit locker facility

ISLAMABAD—The Zarai Taraqiati Bank launched a safe deposit locker facility for its customers, says a press release issued here on Wednesday.
The facility inaugurated by the bank's President Manusr Khan is being offered at 12 designated branches in different cities of the country. These lockers have been divided into small, medium and large sizes and the insurance coverage limits for these are Rs. 500,000 and Rs. 1,000,000 respectively. The approved annual rent for small, medium and large lockers would be Rs.1,200, Rs. 1,800 and Rs.2,500 respectively with the key security deposit (Refundable) for the lockers is Rs. 5,000, Rs.10,000 and Rs.15,000 respectively. The President ZTBL said that the insurance cover would be available on the facility in case of fire, riot and strike, malicious damages, burglary or vandalism by Bank's security guards or employees. He added that it was the Bank's first step towards the commercial banking as part of its endeavors to bring meaningful change by undertaking strategy initiative to enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness.—Agencies
