4 children die owing to wall collapse

KARACHI—At least four children were killed due to a wall collapse in the area of Korangi Town on Monday. According to details, a truck bearing no JY-0883 hit a wall of vacant plot causing it to fall due to which Abdul Qadeer (7), Osama (10), Saeeda (4), Jawerya (7) died whereas one person sustained injuries. Manmohan Police Station said that driver of the truck managed to escape from the scene after the accident. The Eidi Ambulances have taken the injured and bodies in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. —Online
