AIOU metric examination postponed 

ISLAMABAD—Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has postponed the metric examination for indefinite period and new date will be announced later on. In charge department of examination, Abiadullah Mumtaz, said that the examination was scheduled to be held from December 31 to January 9 was postponed for indefinite period. It is pertinent to mention that this decision has been taken after assassination of Benazir Bhutto and deteriorating law and order situation in the country.—Agencies
