Waseem Sajjad express grief over death of BB

ISLAMABAD—Leader of House in Senate, Waseem Sajjad has expressed profound shock and grief over the sad demise of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.
Talking to newsmen he said that he has no words to express his shock and grief over the tragic incident of Benazir Bhutto’s killing. He also prayed for the departed soul and sympathized with the bereaved families.
It is a great loss not only for our country but for the world community as well as she was a politician of international repute.He said it was an unfortunate incident. The incident has badly shaken the image of the country abroad and it could be a conspiracy against its stability, he added.
Waseem Sajjad also condemned the act of terrorism. He said, terrorists in the country do not want peaceful democratic transition and wanted to harm the peaceful atmosphere, but they will not succeed in their nefarious designs to harm peace.
He said, the elements who were destroying public and private buildings all over the country were not serving the party or the country. They should avoid damaging or burning private or official property while expressing their sentiments. They should remain peaceful, and should not create trouble for the general public, he added.
