Protest demo held in Capital against BB’s assassination

ISLAMABAD—A protest rally was taken out from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad under the aegis of Punjab Federal of Student against the assassination of Chairperson Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Benazir Bhutto.
On Saturday, hundred of students marched from Quaid-e-Azam University to Prime Minister Staff Colony where they were stopped by heavy contingent of Police to further proceed.
The students chanted anti Government slogans and observed sit in stage outside the diplomatic avenue. On the occasion, the speakers strongly condemned the merciful assassination of Former Premier and held Government responsible in this respect.
Following the assassination of Former PM Benazir Bhutto, angry protesters of PPP continued their protest on the third day resulting in blocking of Aabpara Chowk, Seventh Avenue and other areas of Federal Capital.
The angry mobsters blocked important roads besides pelting stones and damaging public and private property.
The PPP activists held protest demonstrations in Aabpara Chowk, Seventh Avenue and other areas of Federal Capital to express their anger over the gruesome act. They burned tyres, PML (Q) banners, advertisement boards and other stuff to express their anger.
