Prize distribution ceremony of ‘Hiking Competition’ held

ISLAMABAD—Prize distribution ceremony of ‘Mountain Day Hiking Competition’ held here Wednesday under the auspices of National Volunteer Movement (NVM) and Alpine Club of Pakistan.
Minister of Youth Affairs, Barrister Muhammad AliSaif addressing the participants said the government would continue to patronize and support youth by ensuring their active participation in such healthy activities.
Ministry for Youth Affairs in collaboration with NVM would also start training of mountain hiking, he informed.
He said, implementation of youth policy would soon approved from the cabinet and its implementation would be ensured.
