7 miscreants arrested in Kohlu

Kohlu—The security forces on Sunday morning destroyed a Ferrari camp and arrested seven miscreants, besides confiscating ammunition cache here in district Kohlu.
The security forces are engaged in a massive operation against miscreants in Tehsil Khaan of District Kohlu, Balochistan, Private TV Channel reported on Sunday. A Ferrari camp had so far been destroyed by security forces in area of Kohlu while 5 militants were arrested. In another operation, the security forces have arrested two militants in area of Sang Sila and recovered rocket launchers, missiles, shells, hand grenades, anti-personnel mines and explosive materials in huge quantity.
According to the sources, the arrested miscreants had been involved in terrorist activities including incidents related to attacks on security forces. BBC quoted local people as saying that the operation of security forces against militants was underway since last many days while on night between Saturday and Sunday upto 124 men were arrested in an operation in different villages of district Kohlu.—Agencies
