Hearing of 3 references against Sharifs adjourned

RAWALPINDI—The Accountability Court No 4 of Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing of three references filed against Sharif family in Hudaibia Paper Mills Reference, Ittefaq Foundry Reference and Money Laundering Reference till January 12.
According to the details, the hearing of the references against Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-N, Nawaz Sharif, President PML-N Shahbaz Sharif and their family held on Wednesday in the special Accountability Court No. 4. On the occasion of the hearing of the references, Deputy Persecutor General of National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Zulfiqar Ahmed Bhutta was appeared from NAB. Judge of the Accountability Court Khalid Mehmood during the hearing asked the Deputy Persecutor General to clarify the Government’s position and directed him to make ensure the presence of Persecutor General in the next hearing. The Deputy Persecutor General however has been asked if the Persecutor General cannot appear before the court, then after getting all the necessary details regarding the case the court should be informed. On the occasion of the hearing, the Deputy Persecutor General did not request to the court regarding the issuance of summons of the accused and opined that we do not have enough evidences.
