In Rawalpindi, after the meeting of the District Bar Association Rawalpindi, hundreds of the lawyers crossed the District Court boundary and came on roads.
They chanted anti-government slogans and condemned the policies of the government. They also expressed solidarity with the journalists of electronic media and demanded from the government to lift the emergency as soon as possible.
They also demanded from the government to reinstate all those judges who did not take oath under PCO. The office bearers of District Bar were leading the protest demonstration.
