DC seeks record of impounded vehicles from Police

ISLAMABAD—Summoning record of impounded vehicles, Deputy Commissioner District Magistrate Islamabad Amir Ali Ahmed has directed Police Officials around the district to stop illegal use of such vehicles.
Addressing the meeting here the other day, he categorically stated that no one would be allowed to use impounded vehicles for their Personnel and others objective. Deputy Commissioner Amir Ali Ahmed chaired the meeting.
All the magistrates and Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Islamabad Syed Kaleem Imam attended the meeting in which vital steps to stop illegal use of impounded vehicles under act 550 were discussed.
He directed Station House Officer of all Police Stations to disposal the vehicles in accordance with rules and regulations. On the occasion, he summoned record all impounded vehicles from Police.—Online
