TV channels to transmit live talk show on footpaths!

ISLAMABAD—In the aftermath of media restrictions, following the promulgation of Nationwide emergency, private TV channels have resorted to holding “live talk show” right on footpaths.
The very first such of talk shows in this connection was staged by Aaj TV’s, News’ Director and current Affairs Talat Hussain, who staged his popular TV program “Talat Live” outside the office of press club, Islamabad on Thursday, which was attended among others by senior journalists, Nusrat Javed, Mushtaq Minhas, Kashif Abbasi, and political analyst, Zohra Nasim.
Following the footsteps of Talat Hussain, Geo TV’s Hamid Mir would also be hosting his renowned TV show “Capital Talk” , live from footpaths , and which would be exclusively participated by renowned politicians, PTI chairman Imran Kahn and PPPP’s Raja Pervez Ashraf. The programme would began at 1430 hrs, noon.
Agencies Add: After the ban on Private TV Channel's transmission and talk shows on current affairs, the renowned journalists Talat Hussain presented his programme title "Live With Talat" here outside the Press Club Camp Office on Thursday. People from all walks of life including lawyers, civil societies members and political parties workers participated and witnessed the programme. President Rawalpindi Islamabad Press Club, Mushtaq Minhas while speaking in the programme blamed that government is playing with the sentiments of people.
Anchorperson of Bolota Pakistan, broadcasted from Aaj TV Channel, Nusrat Javed in his remarks predicted that President General Pervez Musharraf would not doff his uniform.—Online
