CDA fails to resume work on G-10 Park

ISLAMABAD—Despite lapse of six months, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to recommence development work of Public Park situated in G-10 markaz.
It may be recalled that Chairman CDA Kamran Lashari last year had directed authorities concerned to construct Public Park in G-10 markaz immediately. Despite repeated directives of the Chairman CDA to relevant authorities and visit of site, sofar no development work has been started, causing irritation among the Public. People living in G-10/1, G-10/2, G-10/3 and G-10/4 were on the view that all the Public Park instead of G-10 markaz in Federal Capital have been upgraded and the number of new parks has been reached upto 100.
They have voiced strong protest against development department of Federal Capital CDA and threatened to hold protest demonstration outside the Chairman Office if the work were not commenced immediately.—Online
