Three underpasses to be opened for traffic by Dec 07

ISLAMABAD—Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Kamran Lashari has said that the underpasses at China Chowk and Jinnah Avenue will be opened for every type of traffic by December 07.
Three underpasses one at China Chowk while two at Jinnah Avenue will be ready by December 07, he said this in a statement issued here on Monday. The construction of Ninth Avenue having length of 7.5 kilometers will be completed till December 31, the chairman CDA said, adding that, special directives has also been issued to complete the construction work of Islamabad highway from Airport Chowk to Rawat till end of current year. Fazal-e-Haq Road Islamabad from Jang Plaza to Faisal highway will be opened for every type of traffic by December 31 and it will be four lanes, he maintained.—Online
