Pakistani stall attracts Indians

NEW DELHI—Pakistani stall set up at India International Trade Fair here attracted a large number of Indians. Sixty four Pakistani manufacturers and traders have put up their products on display including fabrics, prepared food, spices, onyx, cosmetics and crockery. Pakistani fabrics and food products including vegetable and non-vegetable prepared food items have special attraction for the people. Indian President Pratibha Patil visited Pakistani stall here on Wednesday. The fair which began on November 14 will continue till November 27. Tariq Ikram, Chief Executive of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan presented bouquet to the Indian President. Tariq Ikram while talking to APP said a single-country exhibition would be held here next year where a variety of Pakistani products would be displayed for introducing them to Indian traders and the people at large.—Agencies
