SC disposes of 18 cases

ISLAMABAD—Supreme Court disposed off 18 cases on Wednesday. Out of the 18 disposed off cases 3 cases were dismissed, Leave was granted in 6 cases while in 9 cases appeal was allowed/ accepted, says a press release issued by the Supreme Court.
Advocates of Supreme Court appeared before the Hon'ble benches of the Supreme Court and attended their respective cases. The court proceeded with its routine disposal smoothly. Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar had constituted four benches for disposal of cases. Bench 1 comprised of HCJP Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Mr. Justice Ijaz-ul Hasan, and Mr. Justice Mohammad Moosa K Leghari. Bench II comprised of Mr. Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi, Mr. Justice Muhammad Qaim Jan Khan and Mr. Justice Zia Perwez. Bench III comprised of Mr. Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar and Mr. Justice Muhammad Akhtar Shabbir. Bench IV comprised of Mr. Justice M Javed Buttar and Mr. Justice Ejaz Yousaf. —Online
