Defient BB set for long march
Bureau Report

LAHORE—Pakistan People’s Party chairperson Benazir Bhutto will start her election campaign from Lahore on Tuesday November 13. She will lead a big procession from Lahore to Kasur where she will address a public rally. The PPP changed the route of Long March and according to new programme its chairperson would now visit the central Punjab districts for the preparation of forthcoming election.
According to party sources, it was decided that Benazir Bhutto would not lead Long March from Lahore to Islamabad through G.T Road and under the latest strategy she would get mass-contact support by addressing the public meetings at different towns in interior Punjab. PPP Punjab general secretary Ch. Ghulam Abbas said while talking to a local news agency that Benazir Bhutto would lead a procession from the residence of Senator Latif Khosa at Defence Society on November 13 (today) and later PPP workers would accord rousing welcome to her at Kahana. Then the PPP procession would leave for Kasur where Benazir Bhutto would address a public rally.
