Technology & science makes world wonderful: Tahir

RAWALPINDI—Federal Minister for Kashmir & Northern Areas Tahir Iqbal said that technology & science has made the world wonderful.
It is the era of technology and science, heexpressed these views while addressing an “International conference Emerging technology” here at a local hotel.
Ripha International University organises aconference, Pro Chancellor Hassan M. Khan,Dr. Abdual Raufand Anwaar-ul-Haq also spoke on the occasion.
Tahir Iqbal said that the government is making everyeffort for the promotion of education.He said that it is
the era of technology and science, the students devotethemself to get the education.
He said that the country has potential and “we areproducing the best lawyers, doctors, Engineers,pioneerscientists in the world.”
Iqbal Stresses that knowledge of technology andscience should be used for the betterment of thehumanity.
Particularly, what we need in Pakistan, the development of renewable energy sources and recycling of water resources, he added.
