PPPP leader joins PML

MULTAN—A PPPP leader and former chairman of Peoples Labour Bureau, Mushtaq Ahmad Ansari, on Sunday announced to leave PPPP and join the PML along with his Beraderi and supporters. The announcement was made in a ceremony at Sharifpura, UC- 15, in the presence of city district nazim Mian Faisal Mukhtar. Other notables who joined PML included Haji Sadiq Khichchi, Haji Yasin, Ghaffar Pehelwan, Haji Mukhtar Ansari, and Yusaf Ansari. Addressing the ceremony, Mian Faisal Mukhtar congratulated the newcomers for joining a party whose agenda, he added, revolves around a few noble objectives including prosperity of the people, development of the country and elevating its stature in the international community. He said that Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has proved his love for the people and the country by launching numerous welfare and infrastructure uplift projects during last five years.—Agencies
