CDA allows Polyclinic admin to expand hospital

ISLAMABAD—The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved administration of Federal Government Service Hospital commonly known as Poly Clinic to expand the hospital building.
On completion, the hospital will have five-story building. Earlier, the administration of Federal Government hospital had sought permission from Federal Government that they could construct extra building at Argentine Park in order expand hospital, sources in the health ministry told Online.
Despite taking of certificate by citizens living in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad from the concerned departments, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has refused to allot the land to hospital administration due to unknown reason.—Online
