Father of Sardar Hamid Yar Hiraj passes away

ISLAMABAD—The father of Minister of State for commerce, Sardar Hamid Yar Hiraj and District Nazim Khanewal Sardar Ahmad Yar Hiraj, Sardar Allah Yar Hiraj passed away on Wednesday. The funeral prayers of late Sardar Allah Yar Hiraj will be offered today at 11:00 am in his native city of Khanewal. Sardar Ahmad Yar Hiraj, Sardar Hamid Yar Hiraj, Sardar Muhammad Yar Hiraj and Sardar Mehmood Yar Hiraj have appealed the masses to participate in the funeral prayers. The deceased has also served as Provincial Minister and advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab. President General Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, Speaker National Assembly Chaudhary Amir Hussain, Chairman Senate Mianmuhammad Soomro, President PML-Q, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chief Minister Punjab, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and others ministers in their separate messages of condolence expressed deep shock and prayed that All Mighty Allah rest the departed soul in peace and grant the bereaved families courage to bear this loss with equanimity.—Online
