Travel advisory for PIA passengers

LAHORE—Pakistan International Airlines has regretted the inconvenience caused to its passengers on account of unforeseen delays and rescheduling of some its domestic and international flights due to non-cooperation by PIA Engineers.According to PIA sources here, “PIA management continuesto be engaged in a dialogue with Aircraft Engineers to bring about an amicable settlement concerning their demand for enhanced salary package.” The sources said PIA Aircraft Engineers are part of airlines six decades old time tested brotherhood, and are expected to take into consideration their mandatory national duties towards passenger’s convenience. The airlines authorities has requested to all its valuedpassengers to recheck the exact arrival and departure of all PIA flights before proceeding to the airport from PIA Call Centre (111-786-786). —Agencies
