67 allottees of Bheka Syedan to be re-allotted in F-11

ISLAMABAD—Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved to give alternate plots to sixty-seven allottees of Bheka Syedan in F-11. This decision has been taken in 26th meeting of CDA Board with Kamran Lashari in the chair at CDA headquarter.
In the meeting, it was also decided to upgrade the three stories plaza in plot no 27 at Blue Area to eight stories building. It was also decided that the loans in term of House Building Advance of CDA employees who were affected during devastating earthquake in 2005 would be pardoned.
It was also directed to prepare a comprehensive summary for promotion of Personal Sectary from grade BPS-17 to 18. The proposal of senior special Magistrate Tariq Rahim to be merged into CDA has been rejected whereas deputation of Deputy Finance Advisor, Mumtaz Hussain has been extended for a year.
It is also requested to the authorities to not to cut maintenance allowance from the salary of employees who are hiring a house. In hiring a house, owner of the house takes the responsibility of maintenance rather than the institution.—Online
