Drivers block national highway

QUETTA—Truck drivers blocked Sibi-Jacobabad national highway for several hours demanding release of a driver and a cleaner kidnapped by unknown armed persons, police said on Wednesday. The road remained blocked for two hours from 09 am to 11 am paralysing traffic on the highway. Later on the assurenece of district police officer Sibi the road was opened for traffic.—Agencies
