Iranian FM condemns rally blasts

ISLAMABAD—The Foreign Minister of Iran Sunday telephoned Benazir Bhutto and condemned the October 19 attack on the rally. The Iranian Foreign Minister said that Pakistan was a brotherly country and the government and people of Iran condemned the attack and condoled the death of 140 workers and injury to several hundreds more. The Foreign Minister of Iran also expressed sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of those injured.—Online
