Gas pipeline to Oach Power Plant blown up

NASEERABAD—A gas pipeline leading to Oah Power Plant was blown up hear with an explosion on Sunday morning. causing suspension of gas supply to the power plant.
According to local sources, unidentified miscreants had planted powerful explosion device under a 24-inch diameter gas pipeline in Chattar area, which went up with a big explosion, blowing up the pipeline.
Gas supply to the Ooch power plant was disrupted soon after the explosion. Higher officers of Pakistan Petroleum Limited swung into action soon after receiving reports of the explosion and sent teams to assess the damage and repair the pipeline.
Unidentified persons blew up the gas pipeline supplying gas Auch power plant with explosive device here on Sunday. According to a private TV Channel, the explosion damaged 24-inch diameter gas pipeline that suspended the supply of gas to Auch Power Plant. According to the Police Officials, large plumes of fire were seen after the incident. The repair work of damaged gas pipeline could not be completed so far.
