SPELT annual conference from Nov 9

ISLAMABAD—Islamabad Chapter of Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers (SPELT) will organise its 23rd international annual conference from November 9 to 11, says a press release.
The conference is being held in collaboration with FatimaJinnah Women University.”Opening New Vistas” is the theme of the conference in which more than 50 international and national English language teaching experts will deliver lectures and papers. An exhibition of English language Teaching (ELT)books,audio/visual materials,educational aids,software,etc by national and international organizational organisations is also a part of the conference.
SPELT,established in 1984,is a voluntary body of teachers andholds teacher-training events for the improvement of standard of English language teaching in the country.It organizes annualtraveling conference at Karachi,Multan,Abbotabad,Lahore and Islamabad that provides an opportunity to teachers to participate in the conference in their own cities.—Agencies
