Capital to have citizens complaint centers

ISLAMABAD—Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Kamran Lashari has said that the establishment of Citizen Complaint Centers would improve the standard of the services and would be helpful in resolving the problems of the citizens.
Inspecting the development made so far for the establishment of Citizens Centers, the Chairman CDA said that it would be easy for the citizens to launch complaints regarding solution of their problems related to street lights, water supply, sewerage and other problems. He said that the after the adoption of the computerized system, the complaints of the citizens would be solved easily. Chief Complaint Officer Amir Buksh informed that so far four centers have been established and the staff has been deputed there where eight centers would be established in the next stage. Kamran Lashari has directed the authorities concerned to complete the establishment of these centers till November 12.—Online
