10 including 2 Britons arrested

RAWALPINDI—Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Rawalpindi Region and Special Investigation Cell jointly raided farm house near Tarnol and recovered 43 kilogram heroin worth of $ 1.6340 million US.
43 kilogram heroin having cost of 1.6340 million $ US at international market included 18.975 kilogram high quality crystal heroin and 24.275 kilogram white heroin was seized. According to ANF authorities, it was record success in which two Britain nationals and 4 Pakistanis were arrested. They were shifted to Special Investigation Cell. The name of arrested person is being kept secret to arrest other accomplices of their gang at international level. The mastermind and financer of gang are included in arrested people, sources told Online. In separate operation on the directives of Force Commander ANF Muhammad Asif Alvi, the ANF Attock division stopped Suzuki bearing no (Kohat- B44-29) and recovered 220 Kilogram Charas and 2 kilogram opium, besides arresting driver Bahadar Khan, his daughter Alia (16) and her spouse Imtiaz Khan (17). The Suzuki was going from Peshawar to Rawalpindi. Similarly, ANP in another operation seized 6 kilogram Charas from Nargis by stopping Peshawar bound Toyota Hiace (LRZ-1711).—Agencies
