Four farari camps destroyed

QUETTA—Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan on Thursday destroyed four farari camps during search operation against miscreants and arrested several fararis in Patkan area, a suburb of Noshki town, FC spokesman Major Muhammad Shahid told reporters. He said that the FC started search operation when they received secret information about presence of fararis who were not only planning for carrying out terrorist and anti-state activities, but also storing weapons in their hideouts. “The FC conducted the search operation against miscreants on demand by the local people and raided four different places,” he said, adding that several fararis have been arrested and significant information is expected from them. He said the personnel of FC are engaged in search operation against miscreants and fararis in order to protect the local people from them. Meanwhile, the local people have welcomed the action against fararis and outlaws and expressed the hope that the people will get rid of them after the search operation, the spokesman added.—Agencies
