2 Pakistanis jailed

MANILA—Two Pakistani men have been jailed for15 months by Sha Tin Magistracy for unlawfully staying in Hong Kong. The culprits Mehmood Arshad, 31, and Gulzar Ahmad, 44, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to an illegal immigration charge, reported a local news agency. They were arrested on October 17 when Immigration officers raided a barbershop on Battery Street, Yau Ma Tei, where they were working as a hairdresser and salesman.—Agencies
