AJK Foundation Day to be observed today

MUZAFFARABAD—60th foundation day of Azad Jammu and Kashmir would be observed on Wednesday (today) in both sides of AJK including across the globe with traditional zeal and enthusiasm. On this occasion, special prayers will be offered for the independence of Kashmir, prosperity and solidarity of Pakistan and deceased of earthquake victims after the Fajr prayer. Government of AJK has arranged special programs to mark the day. According to programme, one of the biggest ceremony in this connection, would be held in Police Line Muzaffarabad. President and Prime Minister of AJK, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Ministers, Judges of High Court and Supreme Court, members of Assembly, secretaries, high officials and dignities would participate in the ceremony. President AJK will be given a guard of honor by a smartly turned out of contingent of Police. On this occasion, national flag of AJK would be hoisted on all the official buildings and offices of the state capital Muzaffarabad.—Online
