New telephones for complaint

LAHORE—Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has connected 12 telephone lines with its universal access number (UAN) 111-000-118 for attending round-the-clock complaints of consumers. LESCO Chief Executive,Engineer Muhammad Akram Arain told APP here Friday that now central complaint cell equipped with theabove UAN will function 24 hours in three shifts and telephonecalls received on any of free above line will automatically be transferred to UAN. He said that all the complaints would be attended promptly and all SEs,Xens and SDOs had already been instructed to redress the genuine grievances of the consumers on top priority.—Online
