ATC bails out Moulana Qayyum in two cases

RAWALPINDI—Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) No. 1, here Thursday bailed out Moulana Abdul Qayyum Mohtamim of Jamia Faridia in two cases No. 199 and 224 and turned down his bail application in case No.123, registered at police station Kohsar. The judge of the ATC No. 1 Ch. Habib ur Rehman accepted the bail application and issue release orders of the accused Moulana Abdul Qayyum by depositing surety bonds of Rs. 50,000 in each case, however, the court rejected the bail application of the said accused in case No. 123 registered at Police Station Kohsar Islamabad.—Online
