Jamil Bugti put on ECL

QUETTA—Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan Chaudhry Mumtaz Yousaf has informed Balochistan High Court that the name of Jamil Akbar Bugti, son of late Nawab Akbar Bugti was placed on Exit Control List (ECL) after receiving intelligence report about his involvement in anti-state activities. Submitting before a division bench the DAG in parawise comments on behalf of the Interior Ministry did not comment on freezing of bank accounts of the petitioner as the Interior Ministry has no knowledge about freezing of his bank accounts.—Online
