Gen Tariq, Gen Kayani call on President

RAWALPINDI—Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Tariq Majid and Vice Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani separately paid courtesy calls on President General Pervez Musharraf here on Tuesday.
The President congratulated them on assuming charge of their new responsibilities and expressed the hope that under their able leadership the operational and professional capabilities of the Armed Forces of Pakistan will be further enhanced.
