ANF seizes 107 kg heroin

ISLAMABAD—Anti-Narcotics Force, in two separate successful operations, has failed attempts to smuggle a large quantity of heroin and has arrested the culprits in the jurisdictions of Islamabad airport and Thana Tarnol on Monday. According to information, Islamabad Anti-Narcotics Force (IANF), on the information of reliable source, conducted two various raids and seized overall 107 kg heroin and arrested drug peddlers Nadeem Kiani, Malik Ishaq and Ishfaq, in the constituency of Islamabad airport and Thana Tarnol. IANF officials, after preliminary investigations, succeeded to detect the chief culprit British Nationals Mirza Rab Nawaz at his residence in Housing Scheme 2, Gujar Khan. An informed source revealed that accused Rab Nawaz was doing this dirty business since 1997 in the cover of fish business.—Agencies
