Education ministry devises strategy to end A , O level education

ISLAMABAD—Federal education ministry has devised a strategy to impose unanimous education syllabus and abolish disparity of education throughout the country.
According to the strategy, same type of education syllabus will be read in all educational institutes around the country till 2008 while implementation will be started to eliminate “A” and “O” level education system from 2010.
Well Placed Sources in the ministry informed Online that syllabus of 27 subjects from class one to Intermediate has been sent to Provinces, which will come into effect from next year of 2008.
The education ministry has also decided to impose common study system in the country by abolishing different type of education system like A and O level. The authorities in the ministry were on the view A and O level study system is creating inequitably in education system, sources added. The education system of the country will be made better.
It may be recalled that Federal Education Minister Javed Ashraf Qazi has declared the new education system as most of the best education syllabus in the world while education experts, student and teachers has welcomed the new syllabus by saying that it will improve the education standard.
