Lawyers’ fraternity to observe Black Day tomorrow: Mirza Aziz

ISLAMABAD—Mirza Aziz Abker Baig, Chairman Lawyers Action Committee and Vice-Chairman Pakistan Bar Council has said on Thursday that legal fraternity of Pakistan in pursuance of the stand and decision of Lawyers Action Committee will observe Black Day on 6th October.
In his statement issued here, he said that legal fraternity would register their protest against illegal and unconstitutional candidature of General Pervez Musharraf for presidential election and holding of the polling for election of the office of President. He said that on this day lawyers will hoist black flags in their Bar premises, hold protest meetings of their bar associations and take out demonstration rallies across the country, he concluded.—Agencies
