10 member bench to hear petition of Wajihuddin

ISLAMABAD—Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted a 10 members Larger Bench of Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court of Pakistan for the hearing of Constitutional Petition Nos. 73/2007 to 75/2007 filed by Mr. Justice (R) Wajihuddin and others.
The Bench consists of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Javed Iqbal, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Syed Jamshed Ali and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ghulam Rabbani. Mr. Justice (R) Wajihuddin had requested, through his AOR, for constituting Full Court for hearing of the petition.
