Police issue Itikar advisory

RAWALPINDI—The administration of mosques has been directed to take complete resume of those who will sit in Itikaf before Ifatri of 20th Ramzan-ul-Mubarik in Rawalpindi city.
According to a notice received by administration of mosques in Rawalpindi city from Police directing them to take complete data of people before allowing them to sit in Itikaf, sources said. In this respect, Police has initiated work. Police authorities have also decided to increase quantity of Policemen outside the mosque where special arrangements are being made for people who is willing to sit in Itikaf. Upto 2 Police Personnel will Petrol outside the mosques to meet any untoward incidents. During last Phase of Ramzan, Personnel of Elite Forces will be deputed at every Chowk and highways of Rawalpindi city.—Online
