Preparation of seniority list for teachers’ starts

RAWALPINDI—The preparations of seniority list for the promotions of teachers in the province under the 3rd-4th Grade Formula from the incentive package of the Chief Minister Punjab has been started.
Under the incentive package, nearly 6,000 teachers of all cadres would get promotion in the next grade. Sources said that the seniority list of Primary, Middle, High and Higher Secondary teachers of all the cadres is being prepared under the supervision of Executive District Officer Education with the fast pace on the directives of CM Punjab Pervez Elahi. The officials of the Education Department has sought details about the teachers from the concerned headmasters regarding the preparation of the seniority list.—Agencies
