Unknown firing claims 1 life

BAJAUR AGENCY—The firing of an unidentified armed person has resulted in the death of one while left the other one seriously injured, here in the area of Turkhu, Tehsil Mamond of Bajour agency on Friday. According to information, one unknown armed person had opened fire with automatic weapon on Syed Abdur Rehman and Syed Afzal, in the area of Turkhu, Tehsil Mamond of Bajour agency, the other day. This firing left Abdul Rehman dead, while the latter sustained serious injuries. The injured person was immediately taken to hospital. Still, no one has accepted the responsibility of this particular incident. However, the Administration has started its investigation to arrest the culprit.—Agencies
